This charcuterie board was made from wood sourced and milled in South Carolina. I am a craftsman in South Carolina, but with me I bring nuances from rural Pennsylvania to couple southern charm with northern rustic.
Hickory and epoxy charcuterie board. The soothing look of billowing clouds on a sunny day. Has a slight mother of pearl look in the right light. Hickory is hard to work with and hard on tools, however it is all worth it because of how absolutely beautiful it is. This is a wonderful addition as a kitchen or dining room accent piece. It will look amazing with your favorite meats and cheeses at your next gathering.
The board is food safe and finished in food grade mineral oil and food grade bee’s wax. This board is not intended to be used as a cutting board, as the wood and the epoxy will scratch. If you are looking for a cutting board, please see our other items. Should be maintained periodically with mineral oil or butcher block oil if it appears dried out or dull. Wash with a mild soap and warm water. Do not use abrasives.
