Shipping/ Return

***Return Policy- Returns can be made within the first 30 days, pending the piece is returned in the exact condition in which it was sent to the client. The client will also bear the cost of return shipping and may be responsible for any loss in value, if the piece cannot be resold as initially intended, due to mishandling and improper return shipping by the client. A fee of 5% of the original purchase price will be deducted from the refund.

Individual issues will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

***Shipping Policy- The handcrafted piece(s) will ship within 5-7 business days, with a carrier who has the ability to handle large parcels/ crates. The item will dictate the specific carrier for circumstances when  lift gate is needed on the carrier's truck, due to size and weight of the crating. If you are requesting a custom or a large piece, please request a consultation to not only discuss your vision and desires, but to also discuss the  estimated amount of time that it will take to design, build, and ship. These can greatly vary, depending on each custom piece.
